Terms of use
These terms cover Liveform and the website at www.liveform.ai. If you use them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Who we are

What Liveform does
Liveform checks. It does not verify or certify, and it never says a product is compliant. You stay responsible for your product, including reviewing any change your coding agent makes after Liveform’s feedback.
The beta
Liveform is a free beta. It is provided as it is, may change or stop, and has no service level.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service in breach of the law.
- Try to reach systems, accounts, or data you are not allowed to use.
- Probe, scan, or test the service for weaknesses without permission.
- Overload or disrupt the service, including by scraping that gets in the way of other people using it.
- Use the service to spread malware, or for fraud, harassment, or infringement of someone else’s rights.
- Pretend to be someone else, or to belong to an organisation you do not, when you use the signup form or contact us.
Ending access
We may suspend or end your access if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms, or that you are a risk to the service or to other people.
Liability
The beta is free, so our total liability for a claim about these terms or the beta is nothing. This does not remove or limit liability that Irish law does not allow us to remove or limit. That includes liability for fraud, and for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes
We may change these terms by posting the new version on this page and updating the date at the top. If a change is important, we may also tell you in the product. If you keep using Liveform after the new terms apply, you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland. Disputes go to the courts of Ireland. Nothing in these terms removes rights a consumer has under Irish or EU law.
