Terms of use

Thank you for visiting Liveform. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at liveform.ai (including marketing pages, forms, and embedded demos made available from it) (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms are provided for transparency. They are not legal advice. The structure of website terms of use is widely shared under open terms; see the note at the bottom of this page.

The Service is a marketing and information site. It may include interactive or embedded previews of product experiences. Unless we have entered into a separate written agreement with you, nothing on the Service constitutes an offer to provide enterprise software or a guaranteed right to access a production environment.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or others.

The Service and Content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Service for your internal business or personal, non-commercial evaluation. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or Content except as allowed by law or with our prior written consent. Trademarks and logos are subject to separate guidelines; do not imply endorsement without permission.

If you submit information through forms (for example early access requests), you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a licence to use submissions to respond to you, operate waitlists, and improve our products, subject to our Privacy policy.

The Service may link to third-party websites or services (for example integration partners). Their terms and privacy notices apply. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Embedded applications may be governed by additional terms shown inside those experiences.

Features labelled beta, preview, demo, or similar are provided for evaluation. They may change or be withdrawn without notice. Demos may use sample or anonymised data; do not enter real personal data or production secrets unless we explicitly instruct you to.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) one hundred pounds sterling (£100) or (b) the amounts you paid us specifically for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (if any). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and updating the effective date. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice on the Service. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where they cannot be waived.
